- Caleb and Joshua gave a “minority report” to Moses about what they saw in Canaan (Num 13). Why is it that having eyes of faith is a minority experience among the people of God? What factors make most people respond like the rest of the spies? Think of examples of this seen among Christians today. How can we ensure that we belong to the few who exercise faith?
- God commended Caleb for having “a different spirit” (Num 14:24)? What do you think God meant? How can we have this different spirit that God is pleased with?
- What do you think was Caleb’s secret in living a long and victorious life? How can we apply this insight in our own lives? What challenges prevent us from following the Lord wholeheartedly? How can we overcome them?
