This Parenting Seminar is based on “Getting to the Heart of Parenting” (video) by Paul David Tripp. It is for parents with children up to 18 years of age. While the same biblical principles will be shared, parents will join discussion groups based on the ages of their children—0–5, 6–12, and 13–18.

Video Material Sypnosis: Parenting is hard, but there are few things in life that rise to this level of importance. God has chosen parents to be primary instruments in the shaping of a human soul. Join pastor and best-selling author Dr. Paul David Tripp on a 5-session journey through the Bible to discover a different and better way to parent. After laying down foundational parenting principles, Tripp covers specific application for children 0-5, 6-12, and 13+.

Dates: 3 Sundays, 16, 23 and 30 March 2025
Time: 1.30pm to 4pm
Venue: KKMC Seminar Room, L4
Fee: $10 per participant (Payment details will be sent to you after registration)

Childcare will be provided during the seminar if you have children 12 years old and below.

Session 1 – Giving our children a spiritual culture
Session 2 – Targeting the heart
Session 3 – Parents will join one of the discussion groups based on the ages of their children:
a) For parents of children ages 0-5: Learning to live under authority
b) For parents of children ages 6-12: The development of character
c) For parents of children ages 13-19: Making values their own
