If you wish to be verified as an official member of Kampong Kapor Methodist Church for Phase 2B, please email Ms. Eileen Kerk at eileen@kkmc.org.sg by Tuesday, 3 June 2025, with the following details for the endorsement letter:
(a) Your Name (as in NRIC)
(b) Date of Membership
(c) NRIC No.
(d) Mobile No.
(e) Your Child’s Name (as per Birth Certificate)
(f) Gender
(g) Date of Birth
(h) Birth Cert No.
(i) Choice of School
By emailing us the above information, you are deemed to have agreed to the collection and sharing of your name and NRIC number with MOE for the purpose of your child’s Primary 1 registration.
