Grow in confidence as you build your communication skills in this practical facilitation workshop! These skills, often called soft skills, are valuable whether you are leading a group discussion at Alpha, in your LifeGroups, teaching Bible study, sharing the Gospel with a friend, and even navigating everyday conversations in family life. Wherever you serve, this workshop will equip you with practical tools to guide meaningful and engaging conversations in your ministry, homes and beyond.
