Questions

For Personal Reflection or Group Discussion

  1. Jesus repeats “do not be anxious” several times in Matthew 6:25–34.
Why do you think anxiety is such a central issue for people, both in Jesus’ time and today? What are some modern forms of anxiety that might distract us from trusting God?

  2. The sermon highlights “no greater Master, no greater Father, and no greater way to live.”
Which of these truths do you personally find hardest live out, and why? How might embracing it more fully change your daily decisions or priorities?

  3. Matthew 6:33 calls us to “seek first the kingdom of God.”
Practically speaking, what does it look like to prioritise God’s kingdom in everyday life (work, studies, relationships)? What habits or “rule of life” could help shift your focus away from worry toward trust in God?
