About our speaker: Dr Tan Lai Yong is a member of Bethesda Frankel Estate Church. He served as a doctor at public hospitals in the 1980s, as a prison doctor, and a volunteer doctor to our national football team during the Malaysia Cup days. Married to Lay Chin, with two grown up children, the family moved to Yunnan in 1996 and spent over 14 years ministering to the villagers there.
