Seniors Fellowship: Talk on Advance Care Plan (ACP)

Posted on 18 Sep 2025

Conversations and preparations about end-of-life matters, whether for ourselves or our loved ones, may be difficult to have. Yet we are reminded that Jesus Christ himself showed how prepared he was in the events leading to his crucifixion. He made careful arrangements for his entry into Jerusalem and for the last supper, involving his disciples along the way.

We are blessed that in Singapore, different plans are in place to help us be better prepared for end-of-life matters.

You are warmly invited to this talk to find out what an advance care plan is, and how to ensure your wishes are heard. Your friends and family are welcome to attend too.

Date: Thursday, 16 October 2025
Time: 9.45am to 11.45am
Venue: KKMC Social Hall, L1
Speaker: Ms Lai Yen Hoon

About our speaker: Ms Lai Yen Hoon is a senior social worker and a registered professional deputy and donee with TOUCH Community Services.
