Synopsis

Serving with Joy seminar aims to help you to joyfully serve God in the right places with the right values. We will be using the “NETWORK” materials from Willow Creek Community Church. Held over 3 Monday nights, you will come to understand who God has uniquely made you to be, and be mobilised to serve meaningfully in church.

You will go through a series of assessments to discover your unique servant profile – a God-given blend of passion, spiritual gifts and personal style. The biblical nature and purpose of the church, and the unique importance of each individual’s contribution will also be covered.

Who is this class for?

This class is for you if…

• You want to be aligned with God’s mission and passion
• You want to get involved in serving God yet are unsure where to begin
• You want to find out your spiritual gifting and explore the right places to serve God!
• You are at least 16 years old

Dates: 3 Mondays, 22 Aug, 29 Aug and 5 Sep 2022 (All sessions are compulsory)
Time: 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Handbook cost

Please purchase your participant’s booklet at a cost of $20 from Jocelyn Choo (Lay Ministry Staff, Discipleship and Nurture).

Payment can be made by cash or e-payment to the church (Please indicate “SWJ Guide” in the comments field for e-payment, and send a screenshot to Jocelyn).
