Stay updated with Pastor Kenneth’s latest pastoral letter to the congregation
Dear KKMC Members and Friends
I trust you are all keeping well in the Lord as well as health-wise.
God’s Grace and Peace be with us all! And how we need both of them daily in our lives to help us live as faithful disciples in authentic community who are engaged in loving outreach and bold witness to the glory of God!
Pastoral Appointments
It was confirmed by TRAC President at the TRAC Special Session held on Sat, 18 July, that as of 1 Aug: (1) Rev Gabriel Liew will be appointed to The Methodist Church of the Incarnation (MCI) as one of the pastors, and (2) Rev Anthony Phua, currently with Faith Methodist Church, will be appointed to KKMC as Assistant Pastor.
We wish Ps Gabriel all the best as we bid him a fond farewell. We thank God for his 14 years of ministry at and through KKMC, and pray God’s wisdom to be upon him and Laura as they move over to MCI.
We warmly welcome Ps Anthony, who is a Deacon in his 3rd year as a Member on Trial. He is married to Serene and they have an 8 month old son, Asher. We pray God’s wisdom also to be upon all of them as Ps Anthony comes to KKMC.
Pledge Letter for next Financial Year of August 2020 till July 2021
Our Church Leaders have recently approved the Budget of $4 million for the new Church Financial Year which provides funding to support the Church’s many ministries and efforts for discipleship, worship, outreach and witness, for capital expenditure to purchase both new and replacements of worn-out equipment, as well as for needed maintenance work regarding our Church building and other assets.
We continue to believe that God will definitely supply all the financial needs of our church, even as we, KKMC members and friends, do our part regarding our pledges and offerings, increasing the amounts pledged and offered previously as we are able to.
We will be receiving the Pledge Letter with a Pledge Card in the course of the coming week which has more details. Do note that Pledge Sunday will be observed on 2 August. So, once we have prayerfully determined our pledge, please help by sending our completed Pledge Card back to the church office or by completing the online form found at here by the end of August 2020. Our responses are important and helpful for our Church’s planning and organising of ministries for the new financial year.
Pledge for the Current Financial Year 2019/2020
As we approach the close of our Financial Year on 31 July 2020, may we request that all Church members and friends do as much as we are able in order to fulfil our financial pledge commitments by Sunday, 26 July 2020. This will enable the Church to close the accounts for the Fiscal Year ending 31 July 2020. If you have any enquiries or clarifications, please email Tammy Tan at tammy@kkmc.org.sg

“The Lord is my shepherd” Psalm 23:1
I pray that these 5 words – The Lord is my shepherd – will truly assure us of God’s presence, plan, provision and protection in our lives! May this wonderful truth be our faithful declaration each day! Praise God!
God Bless and stay safe.
Ps Kenneth
(Deut 31:8)
